Elegant luxury villa dating back to the end of the 19th century, Villa Sant’Antonio is surrounded by a wonderful park of about 4500 sqm, adorned by over 70 palm trees alternating with fruit trees and oaks. The villa, of about 500 sqm, hosted important aristocratic families including the Countess Cangini of Volterra, a Polish sculptor donated her the bas-reliefs of 1860 still present in the charming hall.

The villa, just a few steps from Quercetano Bay, is set on 2 levels well distributed between the sleeping area and the living area: here there is a triple living room with large windows overlooking the sea, from which you can reach the majestic terrace of about 130 sqm; the suggestive staircase leads to the garden where there are a swimming pool, the BBQ area and the comfortable gym.

The ground floor, besides the large kitchen, has an additional industrial kitchen as well as a dining area, a living room, a bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a study room and a laundry. The first floor, besides the large living area, has a dining room, a living room and large hallway that separates the sleeping area: this consists of 6 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom, two with terraces overlooking the sea); there are also 2 large marble bathrooms both with double sink, shower and bathtub.

There is the possibility to build an elevator to reach the large roof terrace of about 330 sqm from which you can admire a beautiful view, here could be build also an additional covered area.

The property has double access, on the front and back of the villa, and is at a short walk from the centre and the sea where, in addition to beautiful beaches, there are bars and restaurants where you can taste local specialities.

Castiglioncello is a diamond set between nature, history and culture: it is located on a suggestive promontory with lush vegetation, dominating Quercetano Bay with its red cliffs. Here there are marvellous coves of sandy beaches and rocks surrounded by crystalline sea. Considered "The Pearl of Tyrrhenian Sea", Castiglioncello is an ancient Etruscan village and a location of renowned international prestige. A luxury destination and home to poets, painters and artists who took their best inspiration from this land.

It has many interesting aspects: from the important evidence of the Etruscan civilization – including the only necropolis built in front of the sea – up to the enchanting Castello Pasquini, were many important cultural events and international conferences take place. But Castiglioncello is also a destination for lovers of sporting activities such as snorkeling, diving, fishing and especially windsurfing, and also trekking to do among the trails of the naturalistic landscapes of Monte Pelato, once a destination for the Macchiaiolis.

Of great importance is the new tourist port Cala De' Medici, with 650 berths, one of the most advanced ports of Tuscany. To be remembered too the Yacht Club and its elegant bars and shops for shopping by the sea.
